Stable and good. Worth extra $25? ...maybe?
I chose this one that was an extra 25$ because of the extra pads that might keep it from sliding around. My hubby has right side weekness from Brain cancer :(. I was concerned if he only used his left hand to push off it would slide around. It installed very easily. For my toilet seat it may benefit from some extra washers as it sort of deformed the existing plastic gasket on my toilet seat. If it gets loose I will get extra washers. That being said, it feels very stable at the moment for me (200 lbs).My other concern was that the nurgets/buttons used to adjust the handled would stick out and scratch the toilet. They do touch the toilet a bit, but they are smooth. I wonder once they get old and rusty if they will scratch, but I think I could put something there to cushion it. Attached photo of the thick black pads a nd button touching the toilet. Let me say, lastly that if you are reading thus far YOU Are an amazing caregiver. Whatever you're going through...sending out a little prayer for you and me and the whole of humanity doing this hard work. God be with us all.

The Riser with handles is very secure to use
I recently purchased this riser as I had knee replacement surgery and it was recommended. It is very sturdy and secure. I will continue using it for the time being. and have been very happy with this purchase. I would recommend it.

Great Riser
This product is sturdy and has made my mom’s life a lot easier. Installation would have been a breeze if not for the seat on her toilet not being able to be fasten to riser. We had to purchase a new seat and as a result we attached it with ease. Other then that mishap, great product. Highly recommend.

Game Changer in Caregiving
Game changer for caregivers!!! Must have for seniors or those who have had surgery. Bought for my parent and now for my mother-in-law. Both who said they didn't want or need. They were using a walker but it wasn't safe to get on and off the toilet. Mother-in-law used it once and said, "it was a gift from heaven". My stress has been reduced knowing she is safe.
