I have been searching for the excellent lox which was available when I was much younger. I have finally found it. It's slightly salty, slightly smokey, has a buttery texture, tender bite (which doesn't pull the entire slice off the bagel) and the slices are thin and consistent. For the price, it's an amazing bargain. I have ordered twice from them. The first was through their website. I just wish it were part of Amazon Prime, so the shipping charge would moderate (hint hint). Solex Catsmo Gold Label is properly named.

Close to NY deli Nova
I like the fact that they gave you the best part of the salmon and didn't leave the brown part on the slice that usually you can't eat. The price per pound is wonderful but a bit costly for shipping. I will order again.

Maintains high consistant quality
I have been buying smoked salmon for60 years and this is the best so far. I have purchased this product 3 times and it maintains its quality, smoke and flavor and that alone is amazing. Keep up the good work

Good, slightly salty
Good, slightly salty .. but that's normal in most of the smoked verities. I repack in small sandwich bags, two or three slices and refrigerate.. comes for over ten days perfect taste if preserved properly.. my refrigerator is at 39deg F.

I was really pleased with this great tasting farm raised smoked salmon lox. Better than deli., and priced right. Order two packs and save on shipping. Arrives cold and sliced in a cooler box. Try with cream cheese on a sandwich bun with salt and pepper.
