My hat protects me from the sun on my daily walks. It has a spot for my ponytail. It is lightweight and breathable. The pinkish color makes it sort of feminine (a plus), but the pink is muted enough (sort of a "blush" color, that it comes across pretty neutral and goes with about every color.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I've been looking for a hat like this for a long time. Everything I've found has either been too hot, too big and floppy or just too ugly. This is just what I have been looking for. The hat has mesh on the crown to allow your head to receive air and keep it cool. The back has a place to bring out your pony tail and it also has a clasp with adjustable strap. There is a cord under the neck to slide up or down depending on your comfort level. It appears to be well made and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This is a good hat for the price. It offers excellent sun protection while not being too hot to wear. The ponytail hole is definitely a plus. I often struggle with hats...some are too hot, some won't work with a ponytail, a visor doesn't protect my scalp, some get taken away by the wind. This hat solves many of those issues. It also folds up nicely in a suitcase and beach bag. I would warn that the item I received had a complete snap on only one side. The other side only had one part of the snap. That was awkward. Under normal circumstances, I would have returned it. I needed it immediately for a beach trip, though, so I just wore it as it was. I will now use it as a yard work/gardening hat. If you get a hat with the snaps in place (or even with no snaps at all), it is a good hat.

My 10-year old loves this hat. It’s light and comfortable. I tried it on, and it fit me so I bought a different color for myself. However, the same hat in a different color was slightly too snug for me. So exact sizing isn’t consistent, and I’d say in general it runs a bit smaller than an average adult head.

I only just got this and tried it on to see what it looks like w a pony tail. It totally works! The material is sturdy and seems like it will be good in the sun and will also hold strong with a bit of wind. The neck strap is adjustable and fits snugly when pulled right. The hat fits my head perfectly, but the best part is the hole for my pony tail. Also, there is mesh all the way around the sides of the hat which seems like it will keep my head from getting too hot. Grey color looks just like photo.

This hat is decent, good enough for the price but if you want a quality head, keep looking. I really didn't like the lack of a decent sweat band on the inside. It's there, but it's thin, cheap polyester material, not absorbent. Also the snap buttons don't feel like they will uphold to use over time. Overall you get what you pay for.

This hat is awesome! It's plenty big and the brim gives a lot of sun protection. Lightweight, pretty, what more can I say? Perfect for kayaking!

I didn’t like this at first ( color not pink but mauve), but I never got around to returning it so I took it to Israel with me and it worked great in rain and sun!

Bought this for my wife. She loves it. Not only does it keep her hair off her neck, keeping her cool, it also allows airflow from her head due to the venting.
