I use this to make infused sea salt for my marketplace. The color and flavor is outstanding, more punchy than Rooster Sauce. I use this, combined with the Rooster, to make the salt, because alone, this is too sticky.

I got this because I tried the Panda Express chili sauce and I saw the back of the packaging and I searched up the name and I found the bottle. This will be great for dumplings 🥟 and egg rolls and any foods honestly. 🤤🤤🤤

This is very good with a fermented flavor that I really dig. Just not the classic sriracha flavor I’m looking for. That said I will be buying more of this in the future just because it is so different. More subtle heat than the classic stuff.

Probably not great for the gut to use this on everything, however, I do anyways. Love this stuff.

This sriracha is of a smoother consistency, a slight tang, and slightly less pungent than the rooster brand. I prefer it to be honest. It’s very similar (if not the same?) as what Panda Express uses in their chili sauce packets.

The sauce is good but cap broke after first use
