I measured and ordered the size that I thought would fit. It does, but I had to put a shim of old inner tube rubber to make it tight. The plastic or rubber insert should have a large gap in it to allow the tightening screw to actually tighten the fixture on the spindle.I have cut a few sheets with this attachment on my 4x8 Zenbot. I'm using wen brand 4 inch collector hose and the harbor freight 2 HP dust collector. There is very little left in the kerf of the cuts, and nothing left on the surface of the material after the cut while using this setup, and it has completely resolved the issue if dust in my shop.

Just too big and bulky to use on my machine. Made well enough just not well suited for small or even medium machines.

I purchased this because of price and design. Iquickly found out it didn't clear the z axes hardware. It wasn't going to travel up and down. The boot was sitting to far back into the travel.. I took a piece of HPDE and made a new offset center insert with the necessary clearance. This product works awesome. I currently am using a .25 bit. I found the Dewalt 611 bit lock clears just fine too. The boot will need to be moved for a shorter bit. The jury is still out on that one as far as lock clearance. I just love it with my 4" vac. hose..

I needed something to control the dust on my 6090 router, and this fit the bill perfectly. It is well constructed, and easy to remove the front part for tool changes, then easy to reassemble for operation. The only thing that would make it perfect is if the end which faces the gantry were made a bit thinner so that I didn't have to extend the spindle motor down farther, but this is by no means a deal-breaker nor is it something that could really be done without lessening the product in some other way, such as clearance to the tool, so I think this is not that much of a problem.

Great value dust shoe. The vacuum area is large and collected most of the dust while cutting MDF. The 4” hose connector is industry standard and works well with most dust collection systems. The only downside for me is the AVID CNC spindle is a ER20 collet and removal of the dust shield is required to change the cutting bit/Z zero setting. So a 2-piece shoe with magnetic connector shoe is a better work flow for me.

This Is A nice compact and mostly effective shoe. My only complaint is I think the air passage way narrows down to much where it meets the shoe and when you have break out splinters they can plug up the passage way. an extra 1/2 to 3/4 inch taller would have helped a lot. When its just normal chips and dust it works great.

Fit on my 100mm machine fine. If it was clear it would be perfect. Great small footprint and good suction.
