Magic: The Gathering Modern Horizons 2 Collector Booster Box | 12 Packs (180 Magic Cards)

I’m a sealed collector and the wrapping was damaged so I opened it and saw that some packed looked like they were shoved in, so I opened them to see but had some really great pulls from them

I liked how quickly it arrived, and that it was quality and what I ordered! It’s a big Christmas gift for my boyfriend. He was thrilled to open up so many cards.

Here is the deal, one box was crazy good ( for example, two etched retro force of negations among other things) and the other was terrible (I was stalked by rare Mishra's Factory variants). Here is what I did not like: 1) the randomization was terrible and 2) the variants are out of control. I never thought I would long for cards to look the same again, but this set did that to me. Interestingly, I feel like the collector's boxes might provide better value than set boxes (my two set boxes contained mostly trash rares). However, I feel terrible for anyone that buys a couple of collector's packs and gets unlucky. Buying small amounts of these is gambling at terrible risk in my opinion. I had a pack with two different versions of moderation and another with two diamond lions. I also had a double fetch pack (once). Ultimately, I am not that happy with this product, but I am convinced it will work out over the long term due to the effects some of these cards have.

I've opened one box so far and I got some good pulls 3 etched retro frame foil fetches, 1 regular foil retro frame, 1 extended foil fetch, and a normal extended art. Also got foil etched sword and some foil extended art goodies like Yavimaya, Cradle of growth, foil retro Garth, etc.With so many good pulls on average per box from everything I've seen and experienced it's a really cool product and it's exciting to open.However, while I bought into WotC's overpriced set I still believe this is the wrong way for MTG to go. Unfortunately, just because many people including me are lucky enough to be in an okay enough financial situation to afford some of these boxes even at the crazy high marked up price (for no real good reason) this will be a giant success financially for Amazon and Hasbro and we're likely to get more price increases on product with useful and cool cards locked behind certain more expensive versions of the set in the future.Edit: finally gave in and opened the others. Some packs were weird with cards being upside down in the middle. One box had only 2 fetchlands in it and the others had 5. I did get a couple extended art monkeys and the retro etched urza and force of negation which made me feel slightly better about opening the other boxes.

This card set for MTG is fantastic.If you're just looking for a great buy, power cards, or something to gift this is probably the best set you can get your hands on currently as the Fetch Lands alone make it worthwhile as much as the retro frame rares as well. The Foil Etch cards are kinda, eh, as its hit or miss but the return of Retro frame cards looks gorgeous.IF you need a great gift for a friend or just want to treat yourself this is a great box buy to get!

Purchased from Amazon.com Services LLC at 330. Came with WOTC shrink wrap intact. If they could search the packs, I seriously doubt they would have sent me this box. I've opened 8/12 packs and already more than made my money back.Your luck may vary!I knocked a star off because the foil-etched cards in this set look bad... at first I thought they were some kind of inking error. I also don't like sketch cards much, but that's my personal taste.

I know that the package wasn't resealed because who in their right mind would leave a Borderless Foil Ragavan, a Borderless Solitude, and a Foil Borderless Endurance in the box. Maybe I just got lucky, I know that the rumor going around is that "packages from Amazon are being resealed", but mine was just fine. Take a risk, buy it. Just be sure to film yourself opening it in case anything does go wrong, that way you have proof.

As a sealed collector, I bought this expensive product to hold for a few years. On arrival, the box had multiple holes in it - something a reseller would dread as any potential buyer would NOT like the presentation and be worried about legitimacy (box being tampered with). So I said to hell with it and opened it - and I got some pretty sick pulls. So -1 star for the box, otherwise 5 for the product.
