My order arrived when expected, in a rather beat up box, but that caused no damage to the contents. There were no instructions, but it was easy to determine how to set up the rails by looking at the two rails already on my bed frame. I assembled and secured one rail to the frame within significant difficulty. I could not get both rails of the second set to slide through the rectangular openings of the foot supports. I contacted Customer Service and, within days, received a complete replacement without having to return anything from the first shipment. I assembled one set of rails without difficulty, attached them to the frame, and am a happy camper with an extra bed rail. The apparent defective rails will be recycled.

These made all the difference! The center supports on the king bed I bought a year ago were not holding up. Any sort of movement on the bed felt like the wood was going to snap and my mattress sagged in a way that hurt my back and I didn’t even realize was because of the bed frame. I purchased something that screwed into the center of the frame shortly after getting the bed but they were flimsy and didn’t hold up so I wanted something more.These were easy to install. I didn’t have to disassemble my bed in any way, just took the mattress off and screwed them in place on my wooden frame. My bed instantly felt taller and my mattress felt firmer (didn’t eve realize the sturdiness of the frame was causing these issues) and the bed is just 100% more comfortable. It also holds up very well under lots of weight and movement. Wish I had bought these a year ago!

Very supportive bed frame. This frame worked very well in the guest bedroom. My guess are always very satisfied with the support and comfort of the bed. Very stable

2 of the 6 support legs were too small to fit the cross arms through them. Zero quality control but atleast 4 of 6 fit.

Easy to assemble and much sturdier than I expected. I bought two packs of these so I could have four supports for my king size bed. Worked perfectly. Dont let these guys who didnt read the height of the product before buying or ordered the outright wrong thing deter you. Those people are just rating their own common sense not the product.

Sturdy and easy to assemble. I don't have to take apart my bed every few months bevause the slats have slipped. Excellent product..

This product will give the ultimate support to your rest at night. My back and knees do not have to suffer because of the dip in the mattress. I can now use my entire king size bed rather than just the corners when I sleep at night.
