Ordered this to replace the remote for my mom's lift chair. It is larger than I expected, but that isn't a bad thing. Was easy to install and it works very well so far.

The item came quickly.It was fast and easy to install.

We have faux leather recliners with Kaidi motors that we bought back in 2018. One of the arm controller units partially went out over Christmas and are no longer available. Nobody has parts for these units anymore as the company is out of business. I called and searched around for weeks trying to find replacement parts.This VERY inexpensive unit has solved my problems.It's very affordable and works with Kaidi motors. My only draw back to it is that it doesn't fully operate all functions of the chair, but I knew that when I bought it. This is just a two button (up / down) controller. I will look to buy the more expensive model now that I know it truly works with our chair motors and keep this one as a spare.

It didn't fit my chair out of the box. Look carefully at the images in the listing. The plug has wide shoulders that didn't fit into the raised collar on the actuator. I had to grind those shoulders down to make it fit.I have to give it a 5 because it is exactly what it says.After grinding a bit of plastic from the plug it fits and works fine.

This was plugged in and worked just like the original. My only complaint is that it is larger than the original. Smaller would have been better, but the price was right.

I am well pleased with the replacement part for my lift chair. Tried to fix my chair several times and always came apart. Bought this replacement cord and it was easy to replace just plug it in to the chair and easy as pie it was ready to use. Have had it a little while now and no problems at all. Am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

When your chair remote stops working for whatever reason (and it probably will, at some point), grab this and move on with your life. No, your chair most likely doesn't need some specialized, factory part to work right--these switches are pretty simple, and will get your chair working again much more quickly than waiting for a model-specific part to make it somewhere. You don't need any specialized knowledge to figure out how to install or anything, either. Just turn your chair over and start looking around, you'll see how it works.I bought this to maintain my mother-in-law's chair after her remote wires got caught up in the folding workings one too many times. Now that I have it in my hands, I think I'll buy a spare--this is the most common failure point on these things, and this thing is not only cheap, but seems like its better made for its purpose than the factory part. Recommended.Recommended.

Works great. Replaced the original controller

Product was straightforward to hook up and is easy to operate. It's a little larger than the original controller that came with the chair, but it works as expected.

Perfect. Just had to plug it in !!!!! Excellent product and it arrived quick.

Took 2 mins to hook up. Work like a hot damn.
