I honestly dont know how this product has three and a half stars. This is a terrible sunshade in my opinion. The pros: Good size for my Honda. And the surface is highly reflective for deflecting the sun's rays The cons: Literally everything else. First of all, there are no boards inside the sunshade to keep it rigid. So instead of a nice accordion style sunshade that easily unfolds and collapses, you end up with something more resembling a thick aluminum blanket. Instead of internal boards, It relies on two flimsy suction cups at the top of the sunshade to attach it to the windshield and keep it in place. The result is that you end up with more of a sun "curtain" sagging and spilling all over your dashboard. And I can confirm that those suction cups dont stick for very long in the Houston heat. And trying to fold this thing after using it is a study in frustration. Imagine yourself inside the cabin of your vehicle on a hot summer day, trying to fold this aluminum "blanket" while its surface is reflecting the suns rays into your eyes and burning out your retinas. I ended up just wadding it into a ball and tossing it into the back seat. Dont get tempted by the low price like I did. Spend a few extra bucks and buy a better sunshade.

The material is not very stiff so you have to find a way to keep it up. The suction cups do not work in this heat, so it keeps falling of. Managed to use my visor to pinch the ends against the roof of my car. It does keep my car cooler. But it's possible that is just because of the shade it's creating, and not because of insulation

Let me say that in Texas during the summer you definitely need a sturdy visor for your car. Otherwise, the skin on your hands melt to the steering wheel. When I got this I was really confused since I thought it would fit me mid-sized SUV. It is WAY too small. Like it would fit a Barbi Car. I continued to use it since I'm busy and it was better than nothing. That was until the black stuff (not sure what to call it) started coming off of the visor and flying all over the interior or my car every time I put it up or took it down. So it was basically falling apart. For the $9 I guess I got what I paid for but it was a waste of money because I had to buy something else to replace it. I would consider spending a little more money and getting the quality that will come from it

Complete junk. I wasted my money on this Windshield Sunshade. The fact that it comes folded in half is part of the problem. The other main issue is that because it's already extremely thin with the fold in the middle, it just falls towards the dash even with the provided flat and folded and bent suction cups. Extremely bad quality.
