This design creates a continuously lowering water pressure zone, allowing gold of different sizes and weights to drop out of suspension at different intervals. Entire length of the sluice box works as a constant capture system. This is not a concentrator. This truly is a clean up sluice for your concentrates. Sluice is 15 inches long, 5.5 inches at top and widens to 7.75 inches at tailing end. 19 inch length overall with plumbing and ball valve. Matting in this sluice is for 30 mesh material and smaller. Sluice is constructed from 5052 16-gauge aluminum (1/16 inch). It has a high fatigue strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Small compact size makes it easy to use anywhere.
