Gets the job done
I've been digitizing old camcorder tapes, but I kept borrowing the AV cable from a friend since I lost mine. I finally got fed up and went to amazon to check if I could find one for myself. I did, and this cable works perfectly. Video goes from my camcorder with S-video straight to my capture card. Props to amazon for having a semi-obsolete cable for next day delivery

Sooooo happy they still sell these
I've needed this cable for many years. My dog chewed up our original cables many years ago. We could still get the audio and video to both play -- most of the time. I finally got fed up with the headache of constantly having to wiggle the wires around to be able to view old home videos. I'm very glad that someone still produces and sells these.
