When using for physical therapy it can't be easy to use, but that is what it is used for. It is small for big hands but works well because of the composition it is made from.

“Handy” stress balls; no PDF exercise examples
I like the stress balls, very much. However, along with the advertisement on Amazon, the seller claimed to have a PDF format exercise samples. I could never find that PDF, even after emailing the seller.

Not durable. The cover on all the balls came off.

Well made stress balls
I have tried a few different ones. These have different hardnesses! And they seem like they won’t break like other ones I bought.

Good & bad
These balls are well-made with a good fabric covering. They are very small which is great for my tiny hands, but not so much for a man or woman who wears size large gloves. There was no odor. Most importantly, though, one ball was quite soft and the other 2 were the exact same — medium firmness. These are too expensive for what you get.
