It would deserve a 5 star rating if not for a production mistake
I used it on my Creality 3 Pro 3D printer. It works very well. However, as many of such products, the documentation's characters are very small and almost no way to read. The hardware is fine except that the included cable color coding is reversed. It does not affect its installation and usage but it is different from what described on the web. It caused a lot of confusion. The software to be used was not described clearly, but eventually it works without problem.I would give it a 5 star rating if not the issues described.

Worked for an hour then sent my printer into insanity mode
Yeah... This worked fine for about an hour with one print on my Ender 3 Pro with 4.2.2 board and their provided firmware. Then out of nowhere it sent the extruder into my glass bed and and messed up my brand new glass bed. Using Cura and the provided firmware causes my Extruder to sit in the corner and dump filament onto the table under it.Now it doesnt want to probe correctly and the only way my printer will work correctly is with this thing unplugged. Sending back for a refund.

BLTouch is great
I just installed a new BLTouch. I was using a 3 year old with the all metal pin BLTouch. The new replacement brought a great improvement to to geting better bed leveling. Highly recommended.

This has the plug for 32bit Creality boards
These work flawlessly, I just ordered the wrong version. It comes with brackets for Ender 3 v2. Ender 3 Pro/Cr10, and Ender 3 MAX, which you don't see very often.

Missing an important part
I would of like for everything I needed to be in there. This is my first time printing so I’m a newb to the terminology but there’s a piece you put into a computer to continue the process

No for Ender Pro 3 with v1.1.4 board --- doesn't have the plug
I have been searching how to download the proper software update (since there are two versions on the website). All the videos have me plugging into a port I don't have on my board or using a line that I don't have. This is for the 32 bit board --- very misleading. Now I will have to find someone to buy or I wasted my money. Super frustrating for a plug and play item, and a waste of my time.

Constant alarm fails
I installed this according to the directions. Ender 3 v1.5 (4.2.2 creality board).Otherwise stock. I have tried every firmware build, custom builds, followed every suggestion I can find online, and I can complete about 1 out of 10 tries at ABL. The issue is that it alarms out (flashing lights). Sometimes immediately, sometimes after a couple of probes. Unplugging it and plugging it back in can get it going again sometimes, sometimes using the control panel reset bltouch works, sometimes sw mode and a reset works, but none of them -always- work. I've been trying now for weeks. I'm convinced this is a dud, but I can't get through to support for a replacement. I wish I'd never bought it.

Broke after a week
It worked perfect the first week then after that first week all of the sudden on my 2nd print of the day the probe did not deploy during bed leveling. Now the [robe will randomly stop deploying and cause printer to stop. Restarting printer fixes it temporarily but it soon stops deploying again for no reason. I've checked connections and they are good. Something weird is also going on with the bed leveling in general since it started randomly not working. The bed leveling now is inconsistent and does not stick when it did before.
