Simply USELESS.....The app has so many limitations that makes it impossible to use.Examples:1- iOS devices When someone is at the door a small notification is shown on the screen. If the phone is locked and the app is not loaded it may take forever until you get connected2- Android devices If the phone is locked you just CAN'T take the call. The app will hang up.Other problems:- Volume on visitor's side is extremely LOW and can't be adjusted- NO support

I followed all manual instructions, Connected via cable lan, setup the wifi connection, setup done successfully, device resets, ethernet cable was removed and does not connect via wifi. only works with ethernet cable, does not work with wifi. I've been trying for hours and I can not make it work. For me it is of no use if it does not work via wifi

I returned this because it was too complicated to set up and use. I did not need something this advanced but for a technical person it will work well.

had two they both stopped working the software is a HUGE drain on my mobile, use up 30% of all battery consumption. ring button stick, and gets stuck in button hole. Worked intermittently at best when working. Quality of intercom was not good either. the product physical was good and solid.

Returned the first one because we (me and my electrician) couldn't get it to work, it seemed defective. Exchanged for another and still had the same issues. The directions are the worst I have ever (tried) to read in my life. No customer support website or phone number, so I just cut my losses and returned it yet again. Too bad.

sound is delayed. wifi is weak. extremely difficult to set up

Sadly the product fail, where to start, i installed it worked amazingly....for 27 hours...now you cant see anything on it. It like you left a flash light in front of the camera the whole time, and at night, the night sensitivity of the camera is very poor.As you can see on the picture attached, the white section is the video feed, as you can see, its all white.
