For light pressure people. Doesn’t have the firm suction. Just right for people who wants it light.

Stiff as promised, XL cups are very hard to press down on though. Great quality I'd say.

Not as comfortable as hard cups that use a pump, the edges of these have a pinchy (bearable) feel when I tried static cupping. Suction is limited, but can still be pretty strong. Not strong enough to leave the marks I was expecting or hoping for. These were not hard for me to squeeze, took some muscle with the biggest ones but they worked (when I say muscle, know that I'm just a lady and not some big strong handed man). The little ones worked great for active cupping (no pinchy feel when doing this). Overall happy to have for at home use, but they won't be a replacement for having a cupping session done with a pro, like I had hoped. I still plan to keep and use them in between treatments.Note: I have a high pain tolerance and want as intense a cupping session as possible. If that doesn't describe you then these may be just what you are looking for.

They are good quality but they did not work for me I was able to get them to hold their suction but only for a little bit and then they would pop off so maybe it was just me that I was not able to get them to work but you should give them a try if you think it may work for you
