This is a great Paleo book featuring yummy food for kids if you really want them to eat cleaner and healthier. Each recipe is laid out well and easy to understand.I follow a Paleo diet, so I bought this book to help with fixing my 5 year old various delicious foods from my normal run-of-the-mill ones.However, I’m not really a detailed cook, and everything in the book from the entrees to the sauces are made from scratch. There’s a lot of different ingredients that I did not feel like taking the time to get.But the book has LOTS of ideas, and the recipes would be really fun to make with your child if you like being in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone because the recipes are a great fit for kids, but would also be very delicious for any adult, as well.

Love this cookbook. Gave it to my daughter for xmas. Was a bit worried it was for younger kids but My 14yr old daughter is having a great time making recipes from it on her own. They are easy and very tasty!

Wir haben schon mit Nom Nom Paleo versucht ob man Kinder zu gesundem Essen überreden kann. Leider ohne viel Erfolg. Mit diesem Buch kann man Kinder voll einbinden und sie lieben das Essen!

This cookbook is AMAZING!! I know it says for kids but it's really it's for anyone who loves comfort food. So everyone! We don't have kids but I've made the cookie recipe in here 3 times in the couple weeks I've had it, the crispy mustard Brussel sprouts were delicious and the French sticks were divine. I can't believe that everything in this book can taste this good for being gluten, nut and dairy free. I would definitely recommend this book--even if it was just for the LEGIT bread recipe. It's by far the best gluten free bread I've ever had and the fact that it's made without nuts makes it a staple in our home. Buy it, you won't regret it!
