I got this to replace an older system by a different name. I love the larger monitor, which turns off at the touch of a button. I paired my old cameras to this system easily, except for one camera which would not pair. Customer service was all but useless. The system is great and I love it, but it's different than my last system which had more options, such as in video playback, where I could go up to 32X speed and backspace 30 seconds at a time, on this system, it only has 8X FF speed and no backspace option. I have to slide back and try to find the time I'm looking for. Sometimes when I resume play, it isn't at full speed. it's slow, so i have to start over. The backup works. On the cameras that came with the system, they have flood lights, and the settings for night vision make it unable to work inside a window. I used to put tape over the red lights and fix a black piece of plastic garbage bag to the window around the back of the camera area to get rid of window glare, and I had a nice clear (gray) night vision view. On this system, affixing cameras inside the window, because of the built in lights, the old way won't work. I had to set them for daytime only and adjust color and brightness and I have a color night vision view. It's darker than the old gray night vision view, but hey, it's night time and it's in color. There has to be sufficient street light for this to work. It also resets itself every hour. All the cameras go off and reset, and if something happens outside at that time, it will be lost. I hope this was helpful. I'm glad I got it, would get it again, but like everything, you have to figure out how to make it work for your needs. It has paid for itself numerous times over already.

We're new to a camera system. Our goals were (1) stand-alone ability, (2) ease of install/use, (3) fun (we have mainly animal visitors), and finally 24/7 (essentially ruling out solar).We installed it, and played with it. Met all our goals! It someone is not sure, downloading the manual is a good idea .. in color, extensive, and step by step. Unusual!This system uses the fixed focal-length cameras. We also tried the one with optical zoom. Even better, especially following animals. We'll probably install another one.

The monitor and camera system works very well. Very nice upgrade from my previous Lorex system. Great customer service! Very bright and clear images!!

This is my first foray into cctv camera systems. The cameras have a good video quality. I like the floodlight feature and the infrared setting works well. Setup was fairly easy , but not super intuitive. I got the app working after discovering that the router needs to physically connect to the monitor. The video playback from the push notifications on the app is a little bit slow to load and play.The reason I am giving a 3 star review is that the “AI” human detection feature does not work at all. I have the camera sensitivity set to the lowest setting on all the cameras in order to cut down on constant alerts. I have close to 200 alerts after the first day of use. Of those, approximately 20 of them were actually legitimate, the rest of them are for leaves moving, shadows moving, and often nothing at all moving unless they are picking up invisible entities. If. The AI system actually worked I would give a 5 star review.

I have been using the Cromorc System over a year. No Issues. I bought 2 additional cameras and was very pleased to find the adjustable mount has been redesigned which makes installation much much easier. Plus they have added more features like the motion sensor LED lights that come on when motion is detected, the siren and color night vision. The LED lights are amazingly bright. The camera image is very good and the wireless range has been improved. I recommend Cromorc as a solid solution for a video security system

I needed to add a camera to my Cromork system and this worked fine. It’s close to 200ft from the DVR and outside but the connection is fine. Took a little research to shut the siren but it’s all good now.Recommend. Good value.
