Okay let's face it. These things take time to get use to. I just wear mine to work for a week and realize I can fit comfortably in it for 6 hrs. I'm a 2x. Im a size 13 14 in US. I weigh 190 and am 5,7. I noticed alot of women weren't leaving their sizes and weight and one person helped me by doing this. Took some time to get use to. I realize my bulge is smaller. I bet if I actually worked out I can accomplish results with this. I am thinking of purchasing the one with the arms also 🤔

I wasn't sure if this was going to be one of those products that is just a gimmick or actually works, but I took a leap of faith, and I'm glad I did. This does everything it says it does, plus it really makes my stomach flat while wearing it that I will be wearing this for more than workouts. My shirts that used to show my fat rolls now the rolls are gone while wearing it. I can sit comfortably while wearing it and no shifting, bulging or even noticeable that im wearing it under my clothes. I highly recommend this!

The media could not be loaded.  I just received my waist trainer yesterday and I am already wearing it. I am 5'3" holding 138 pounds and still losing. I bought this trainer to see how it would work for me to sit in daily while I work. It took me a few minutes to get into by myself, and I can definitely feel the pressure of it squeezing. It's not unbearable so I'm hoping to get any kind of results...even if it's just sweating. It makes my boobs sit up extra high (yay!)...I accidentally ordered 2 so I haven't decided if I will send the extra one back or give it to someone else.

I just received this corset and immediately had to put it on. I love this waist trainer!  This is intended for women who already have an hourglass figure but I need to get ride of that extra belly fat. It's not a super thick material which is good because I wear it under clothes. The material is nice and soft. You will not go wrong with this one! Material is amazing and flexible. I can eat comfortably as well. This is made to train your waist, it’s suppose to be tight, it helps improve posture, get rid of belly inches, and train your waist to look like you want it to. The waist trainer corset for weight loss is so comfortable once I wear it on! It is super constricting but it has such a nice stretch so you can actually live while wearing it. For the price, you cannot go wrong.  I’m so glad I bought it.

I am really happy with this trainer. I recently had surgery and I needed a better compression garment and this met my needs perfectly. It is definitely comfortable and holds me in well. In looking at the size chart it says that I should have ordered a large, but after reading other reviews from girls my height and weight ( 5'3" 179lbs) I went with a medium instead. So glad that I did it fits perfectly. I feel like if I had gotten a large it would have been to big. I have not tried to work out in it yet, but setting at my desk all day is very comfortable and better than past trainers that I have used.

Honestly this is one of the most comfortable waist trainers I have ever purchased I'm glad that I got it on sale. I do feel like it's the right size for me I ordered a large and my waist Measured 31" It's snug enough to have some tightness to keep me all in and I do feel like it's comfortable enough for me to wear to work. I love how it's not too thick or uncomfortable to the point where I feel like I can't breathe but still serves its purpose. Will update if I see results after a couple of weeks of constant wear.

I love this body shaper because you can wear it both under or on top of your clothes! I wore this while in my house all weekend over my t-shirt, and it was comfortable and helped with my posture. I absolutely love the fabric and it snaps, zips and forms – holding your body in perfect shape!

Ok so I'm a 6ft tall size 20 woman and the 4x fits me like a glove on the loosest option which is good so that way I can still take it in as I need to but I was shocked this is my third waist trainer and none have fit me very well except this one. You have sit right or it pokes in sides a little and its a little annoying how you have to hold the zipper while doing the clasp or it keeps going back down but im so happy to find one that actually fits im still giving 5 stars lol
