Hugely entertaining
Brothers collaborate on a farm-to-table restaurant: a rare ingredient promises success. While there’s some wonky plotting and not all the story and character threads pay off, this graphic novel is nevertheless a , brilliantly paced (a rushed coda aside), and authentic-feeling exploration of foodie hubris. Lots to recommend it.

Another fine graphic novel!
Another triumph for James Albon! A fantastic journey into the cut throat gastronomic world of restaurateurs. He manages to not only tell a great story, illustrate it brilliantly, but equally carve an entertaining satire about the pitfalls of ruthless capitalism. A great read, more impressive than his previous works. Would definitely recommend!

Ethics of Amazon Reviews for this graphic novel
I loved the sample and have purchased the kindle edition which is superb on my phone (Honor 10 lite).... Love the ability to focus seamlessly from one segment of the page to the next in sequence. What I dislike is the way that Amazon withhold the one star review out of the two listed.... .. So I won't be surprised if this review is not accessible.Normally I would have given this 5 star status.

The Delicacy
Brilliant story purchased for a chef (& read myself first!). He will definitely recognise much in this! The illustrations & observations are spot-on! Great price.
