Perfect for a compact trauma kit.
Perfect fit for my needs. In a nice package to separate everything into different groups. My pack is pretty tight filled but for those curious I will list my contents below to give you an idea of what you can fit inside. I will say there are more compact bags available than this bag but I really liked how I was able to space and sort everything out. It's packed tight but doesn't feel cluttered so I'm not digging to find the correct item.(2) 5x9 Trauma Dressings(5) 4x4 Gauze Sponges(5) Butterfly Bandages(2) Band aids(2) Triangle bandages w/ safety pins(2) Rolls of 3' cling(6) Alcohol pads(2) Triple antibiotic ointment(1) One inch roll cloth tape(1) EMT scissors(4) Large non-latex gloves(1) Large Sterile non laytex gloves(1) Aspirin 325 - 2 tablets(1) Benadryl 25mg(6) Bite and Sting Pads(2) 6 inch Ace Wraps(1) Space blanket(2) Hyphan Chest Seals(1) C-A-T Tourniquet(1) 6'' Israeli Bandage Dressing(1) Nasopharyngeal Airway (NPA) 28F with LubricantI also fit a couple boxes of bandaids of various sizes and a few meds in the mesh pocket as kind of a boo boo kit because let's face it, I'm more likely to fix a tummy ache than am I to patch someone up.

Fantastic Pouch for Toiletry Organization
Wow. I am impressed with this pouch. There is SO MUCH ROOM in it. The fit and finish is top notch, it doesn't look like the straps or binding are going to bust, and the zipper is heavy duty (haven't looked close enough to see if it is a YYK zipper). It's supposed to be a first aid kit, but I decided it looked perfect to use as very inexpensive, but utile, toiletry bag for when I travel. The tear away hook and loop is perfect because it will stay stationary in my travel bag (which also has molle inside of it to attach the pouch to), but when I get to my hotel room, I don't have to fuss with the molle webbing, I can just rip it off the hook and loop patch and put it in the bathroom. The tri-fold is awesome as it utilizes the maximum amount of space in the pouch. The pouch isn't too big to be overwhelming, but it's not too small to not be useful. I've already been able to fit in my razor, travel size shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, hair putty, lotion, electric toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash and dental floss...and there is still room left for other supplies. I may throw some ibuprofen or tylenol in there. Overall...this pouch is absolutely well worth the money...spacious, organized, well built, and very well thought out. MUST BUY. It also matches the grey on my Elite Tenacity 72 travel bag. Bonus points there.

Very well made...I'm super impressed.
I am super happy with this pouch. I recently bought a quite expensive, though exceptional elite survival systems BOB pack, grey color, and it matches PERFECTLY. As I hoped and intended. All the way down to the laser cut molle. There is plenty of medical storage in this as I had also hoped there would be. I didn't want my pack to be any heavier than it's most likely already going to be. It's very sturdy and has very strong velcro seal at the top. This can also be utilized as a thigh rig 'rip' away emergency pouch. There's velcro and loop attachments for it. The applications, in my mind for this pack/pouch, are endless.

RECOMMEND!
Very roomy. I have filled this Rip-away Tactical First Aid Kit till it cant hold no more and it has handle everything very well. The only thing i hate is the zipper pull strings, they tend to come off easily. Other than thta I would buy again.
