The product is not as good as the picture

I bought this for a binder alternative. I went down one size (Amazon recommended XL and I bought a large).A great amount of chest compression while feeling very soft and comfortable. Comparable to the $70 compression bras I’ve tried. Throw on an oversized shirt and my chest is practically gone.A perfect option for those who can’t wear a traditional binder.

When I first got this bra I thought I had made a mistake because it was quite tight around the waistband and left deep red impressions on my skin, but I decided I would give it a week or two before I made any final decisions. I suppose this bra requires a "breaking in" period, but after a few wears, the waistband did not make my skin sore and was very comfortable and secure. However, like many things with elastic waistbands, I can see the band stretching out after a few years.As for working out, I have found that it has a medium amount of support and keeps my chest secure and comfortable. This is actually my go-to bra for working out now.Like most sports bras without cups, this squish my chest and does not look the most flattering, but if you are looking for a bra that does bind your chest a bit, this is an adequate option.I have had this bra for about a month and will update this review with any changes (4/18/2023)

I’m a 36 C and kinda saggy as I’m middle-aged and nursed 3 babies. But this will hold the boobs flat against your chest. Not always a very flattering look, but I made it work with some adjustments. The one thing that annoys me is that the elastic on the bottom is SO tight that it bothers my GERD. I’m not supposed to wear anything super tight but I do anyway so I guess that’s on me

I’m a woman, i’m just self conscious of my DDD chest size, so I prefer wearing compression bras to feel my best. Wearing binders makes me feel... masculine in a way, or less womanly??? so I prefer the bras lol, even if it doesn’t matter either way. Regardless, these bras seem to work even better than binders. I think this makes me look like i’ve gone from a DDD to C. In terms of “bounce” for working out- there’s still bounce, but for something that’s just a piece of fabric for 10$, it does an amazing job of reducing it significantly. I honestly love it- I’ll prob buy more. I included one phot of me in a loose fitting tshirt while wearing a normal, DDD bra, and other while i’m wearing this compression bra. The third is a picture of me IN the bra. For reference, I am 5’, 105-110 lbs, a 32DDD and I ordered a size XS. If you’re using this for “binding” reasons, i reccomend getting it by following your rib cage size.
