These are great & give me enough support but do not make me uncomfortable so you can’t breathe! I am about 160# & 5’5” & I ordered the Medium. They do roll down a bit on top but not unbearable. Size info said if they roll down you need a smaller size. I would recommend for holding in the bulge in the middle!
