I need a pink glittery one!
A crafter's dream tool! But I need one in pink so my husband doesn't run off with mine! We both love this. It is easy to use. One key reminder, when cutting the wood bits, you don't need to put your hand over the wood to stop it from flying off like wire does with wire cutters. You could chance pinching your hand or finger and actually get cut. Yep, I did. I was thinking the wood might fly off so I covered it to perfect that from happening, pinched my finger on the blade. So just know the wood will not go flying when cut.

Being self sufficient.
I saw a video on redesigning just your average plain door by taking trim & cutting it, glueing it to your door, then painting the door. Problem....in order to make the trim into squares, you have to angle cut the corners. My husband could do that with no effort at all, except, he doesn't have a miter saw. His dad does, but that's just to much to go through for what I wanted. On the video, this guy used this tool. Hmm, interesting. So, Amazon here I come again. I haven't used it yet, but I got the one with 2 extra blades. My husband said they are very sharp blades, & made of good metal. He teasingly told me that I probably don't even know what angle I need to set it on. Being married for over 38 years, I pay attention. I said: "45ยฐ angle." He just smiled, and said: "yep."

Not good for vinyl window trim
I had these same snipers and they worked good but misplaced them, so I bought a couple pair since I was happy with how they worked. These both broke on the same pice of trim. I like this kind because they made a nice straight cut. Scissor type cutter tend to draw the material in between the blades and cut crooked. Steam clear of these if use them on "credit card" plastics

It is not that sharp as it claims
It can barely cut wood
User
If you are a hobbyist and you don't get these you are crazy 100% recommend
I saw one of my favorite dollhouse hobbyist using these and finally purchased a pair I did not know how badly I needed these for cutting popsicle sticks and small dowels and now I can't figure out why I went so many years trying to saw these when I could have just been clipping them with these things 100% recommend.
User
Good for small jobs
Better off using a saw or machine. The blades wear out fast - thus leaving messey finishes.
User
No joiner experience, no problem
Perfect for a novice attempting their own beading. Cut through wooden beading great without lots of waste messing abut with angles
User
Cuts are neat and sharp
I used this to cut some pvc window cloaking. Cuts are neat and sharp, the spare blades are a nice bonus.
User
DOES NOT WORK.
This product doesn't function on any material that I tried. Furthermore it really hurts your hands.
User
Good value cutter
Purchased to cut wood mouldings for a wall panelling project, good for the price with two spare blades included.Accuracy is a bit hit & miss but this is probably due to the material and small angle support, I suspect all this type of cutter are the same.
