For the mouth hole I will give 5/5. That's really great.Feels like an adorable Japan anime girl serving your holy staff, with here lovely mouth, tiny tone, and shallow narrow throat. But with stronger suction than a girl can made, & she wouldn't cry even if you treat her with extreme harsh.For the other hole on the other side. 0/5.It's supposed that two holes are isolated from each other for best vacuum effect.However, the one I got have a small fault on the end, which made it not sealed at all.Beside this fault, the texture of back hole were bad too. It's rough like dead skin on grandma's heels. Not a juicy & deadly attractive Japanese bishojo should have.

Seller gets 5 stars, item got here fast.This was my first toy I've ever gotten. it's a bit softer than i'd like (can't really feel all the bumps and what have you). the dual hole was the made reason i got this (2 for 1) first time using it the vagina end blew out (healthy amount of lube was used) which ended up ripping a hole in the entrance of the mouth (top just past the "teeth"). the mouth end is still holding up despite the hole from the other end and works fine for the most part, thou there is some leakage from the vagina from said hole/rip. over all it's not a bad first toy for the price. just make sure to read what if any reviews and make sure to double check the measurements of any toy against yourself to help prevent such blew outs. I find that to be the hardest part about this kind of shopping.

This is my first Onahole and i absolutely love it, the suction is really good on both sides and feels amazing.

Not worth the money
This thing is too mall, box is flimsy, low quality and DIRTY. I want a refund for this thing. The tongue doesn't even look like a tongue. And the other side has the weird grey color on it there were black stuff all in the mouth of this thing.
