I purchased these to put above my son’s dresser. They work perfectly as a clothes rack.

The measurements are wrong. The photos shows the bar is 5.9 inches from the wall. This would be perfect to hang rolled towels on. Unfortunately, the actual measurement is 9.5 inches from the wall. Otherwise the product seems very sturdy. I returned the item.

I actually bought these to go on my wall. But they’re way too open for that, so I put them in the laundry room! Worked out perfect! Great quality and sturdy.

Missing parts

We started by using the screws and anchors in that came with it, but even with nothing hanging on it, it was falling down. We then used stronger screws, which seemed to do the trick...until we hung things on it. After several minutes, it started coming out of the wall, eventually falling and leaving a huge hole in the wall.

This is a solid product but I was missing the flanges to hang it on the wall. I would rate it better if I had all the pieces needed.

Instructions would be nice. I didn’t realize there were shorter bars until after I put it up. Also, the screws don’t stay in the anchors. They pull out very easily. At least the anchors stay in the wall I guess. But I had to use my own screws and anchors to keep this thing to the wall.Overall, this should have been very easy with 1. a small instruction sheet and 2. Some screws that were designed for these anchors.

Paint blobs prevented assembly of the product. The parts wouldn’t fully screw/connect to each other.
