OK
This faucet is OK, the quality is not greatest. The first one arrived broken from the factory second works OK but feels cheap. The non-pullout I bought years ago from this company is of much higher quality.

The Pros Outweigh The Cons
I purchased a similar type of faucet at a big box store that had such severe flow restriction devices that all I could get out of it was a pathetically unacceptable dribble, so it had to go back.Enter the CleanFLO 480. No flow restrictions and now I'm enjoying a voluminous torrent of water that can fill a mop bucket in no time at all. I also like the long pull-out hose that will reach all the way to the dispenser drawer of my adjacent front-load washer, which is so skimpy on water that I sometimes have to add more. Shooting more water in straight from the faucet makes that job a cinch. As others have stated, this thing is mostly plastic, but considering I don't use it every day, and that others cost over $100, I found it to be the best value for my application. It seems like the valves have some sort of positive shut-off mechanism so there's no need to use any force at all when turning them off. If you understand that turning the knobs gently will get the job done, that will likely be a major factor in this faucet's longevity.Be advised that there is no aerator on this faucet. The output isn't a nice smooth stream, but it's fairly well behaved. To me, the high volume flow is a reasonable trade-off. The instructions advise that a standard aerator can be installed instead of the garden hose fitting, but from what I could see, I don't think a standard aerator would install properly and would likely leak.Is this faucet kind of flimsy compared to the useless one from the big box store? Yes, and that's why I only gave it four stars, but it won't see hard use. I'm very happy with it.

Nice, cheap, good looking faucet.
It's plastic and probably isn't going to last 50 years, but for the price it's more than I expected. I was replacing a standard laundry faucet. This one requires three holes (third one for the sprayer flexible hose , so I had to drill one in the middle. Overall the installation went uneventfully. Everything worked well on the first try, there were no leaks even considering everything was hand-tightened. This faucet does not feel as solid as a metal one would, but a metal one would cost at least five times more. But it looks good, much better than the old, solid one.UPDATE: after almost three years of use, I can say this faucet is going strong. No issues whatsoever, no deterioration, still looks great and performs well. Did I mention it has a switch on the faucet/sprayer handle to switch between stream and spray modes ?

China JUNK!
Looks as nice on arrival as it looks in the pics - functional reality strikes upon installation/testing!The overall unit feels, and IS cheap! Hot and cold knobs work as well as can be expected. On the upper-front of the spray head is a spray selector, which is WORTHLESS@! You think you're gonna connect a garden hose, as this advertises as supported? Well, ain't happening, mainly due to the spray selector internals. China JUNK!

Lack of Trust
I had one of these which was installed by a contractor with a new laundry tub about a year ago. Worked fine, except, I did not trust it. If either faucet was open just a little (ie. not closed tight), they would slowly open all the way. I was afraid to come back from a week long trip with a faucet fully open. I replaced the faucet prior to my last trip, with a ceramic type, which made me feel a lot more relaxed.

Fairly cheap plastic faucet. Will definitely not stand up ...
Fairly cheap plastic faucet. Will definitely not stand up to having a hose screwed to it. You get what you pay for.

Works well and easy to install
Works well and easy to install. Just what I needed for a garage tub. Being able to pull out the spray handle is great for rinsing out the tub.

Gets the job done
Does the job I got it for but not as good as the one it replaced. Would recommend that you go with a better faucet, you get what you pay for.
