The t-Tox cleanse is an effective but gentle cleanser. I am using this as a 14 day cleanse prior to starting a diet exercise regime. I am on day 5 and haven't really noticed anything different but that doesn't mean it doesn't do what it says. The tea can be unpleasant in taste to some but with a little honey or stevia as recommended on the package it can be bearable. The hints of spearmint made it a little more enjoyable for me.This is loaded with natural ingredients so expect a natural 100% organic cleanse. As with any cleanse keep yourself hydrated. The packaging recommends 80-124 oz a day but just try and drink as much water as you can.I Recommend this if your looking for a smooth and gentle cleanser at an affordable price.This was provided to me at a promotional price for evaluation purposes, but I was under no obligation to give this item a favorable review. I did not try the tea to know anything about its effectiveness. I ordered the tea 12May2020, received it 14May2020 and it is definitely expired. It expired November 2019.

Didn't seem to do anything at all!

Bria T-Tox is mostly for tea lovers who don't mind having loose leaves. It comes nicely packaged and resealable, not too strong. You will need an infuser. I like the tea but I won't recommend having this tea for a long time or after 4pm because it is caffeinated. I have lost water weight only mostly around my period. I won't recommend taking this tea for long because you are pretty much fasting and over time your body can become stressed and might not even respond as much to it. If you are on other medications please be sure to inform you doctors just to make sure that it is safe and does not interact with your medicationsI don't think any one should count on any detox tea as the ultimate solution. Part of detoxing also involves what you eat. To balance it, I eat healthy meals and I avoid eating after 7pm. With a combination of my diet and the T-Tox tea I have less cravings and I feel energized.I do recommend this because of its quality. Additionally it has antioxidants that can help boost your immune system.

I recently had surgery and the pain killers can slow things down. But this tea has helped. My liver does all the detoxing but this tea helps keeping everything "moving" and it tastes great
