I absolutely love this mail organizer! I actually hooked it up onto a wall. Keeps mail and random pens off my countertops.

I was looking for something to declutter the desk in my kitchen, plus something that would look nice. This turned out to be perfect.

*** updated review 2/15/17***About two weeks ago I was emailed directly from the company. In their email they offered to send me another file organizer as they had improved the design based on my previous review.The shipping was amazingly fast and it came to me wrapped in bubble wrap and in perfect condition. The file box itself has in fact been redesigned to fit a standard file folder horizontally. Between the shipping, item quality, and improvements to design I am updating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. I really like the organizer now and can't wait to put it on my desk.*********This organizer was very cute, however they ship it in a flimsy box so mine was broken. I was hoping it was wide enough to a file folder horizontally, but it was about 1/4" too short for it to work.

I was hesitant to purchase this product because of some of the reviews about the defective boxes, and even tried to cancel, but it was too late. I'm glad the cancellation wasn't accepted as the product was perfect!! The mailbox is a great size, doesn't consume too much space and contains deep slats to hold those very items you know we all throw on the kitchen counter and want easy access to without hiding from ourselves...BILLS and mail!!!I think the company may have heard the customer feedback loud and clear because my mailbox came tightly packaged with styrofoam on each of the 4 ends in perfect condition as pictured. I'm highly pleased and think it's well worth the 20 bucks!! You can also personalize it to your taste if you desire.

Bought this to tidy up our mail dumping area. Fits the need. Looks nice and is well made. Has different sized compartments. I use the front left slot for regular business sized envelope or smaller items. The other front slot is used for scissors, sharpies, and a box cutter. So nice to have these items in one spot. The back slots can hold magazines and junk mail until you have time to deal with them. Pleased with this purchase.

Package arrived quickly. This is lightweight and very nice looking. Holds various items perfectly. Looks great on my counter. There was some minor damage when it arrived but the company replaced it with a new one immediately when they found out. Great customer service. They really care about customer satisfaction.

This counter top mail sorter is perfect to corral all the pens note cards, coupons, mail, etc. that seems to 'grow' on my kitchen counter. I find it to be sturdy enough for what it does, and since my kitchen is white, I am pleased with this overall.

I really like this organizer for mail, bills or any paperwork that needs a home. The back section is the length of the box and holds business size envelopes with a little extra room. The front and middle sections hold smaller papers, pens and pencils or other small items. It's a great item for home offices or a desk at work.
