It’s definitely good for your money. The tea is very effective on calming you down. It is bitter so I’d advise to try it with sugar. It’s a tea that’s really good at putting you to sleep as well. Would definitely recommend.

Mugwort tea is very bitter but can be spruced up with honey. My husband drinks it to help him sleep at night. Mugwort also helps with menstrual cramping. I love that it's also individually bagged for quick steeping. Will keep buying this product.

Ripped open the teabag to use the mugwort for a different reason. Good thing I did! This feather was inside! I would not have been happy drinking that. Other than that, mugwort is good quality.

The tea bags are small but packaged well. The flavor is a little bitter which is to be expected. I found that the smaller bag size allowed enough room in my mug to add a second bag of peppermint to sweeten the flavor a little. Will definitely buy again.

This item came open and not sealed. The bags were inside an open container and I want a replacement or a refund and I will return the item! I understand there's no return, then I want a refund because the package is open and not sealed!!!!Dr. Dorman

I drink this in the morning😃 it gets my day started. At this low of a dose it does not have sedative affect.
