Everything's great start to finish, great price, packs small, comfortable (it was a 5 man free for all fighting over whose turn it was). The stability was overall very good, I've used other, higher end, hammocks before and this one has you somewhat worried for a second but that's just it kinda breaking in, I can attest it stood up to repeated use by a 260 lbs football player for 5 days of use and a couple hours of rain. Doesn't have the longest straps in the world but is still fairly versatile , you may need to be a bit creative with how you sling it but the straps have good traction on a tree. No reasonable complaints considering the price.

First off, I am not an avid camper, and I have zero experience with hammocks, so take this review in that light! If you really need technical details, there are plenty of reviews which is part of the reason I bought this! We're going on a camping trip soon in the woods, and I figured a hammock might be fun to have. So that was the only reason for this purchase.- Was happy to learn that Wise Owl Outfitters is a USA company, even if the hammock itself is manufactured in China. I'm sure this keeps the price down considerably, but at least part of my purchase was supporting a domestic product.- This is an incredibly compact and lightweight hammock! Well, not that I have much comparison. And if you really don't need the heavy duty carabiners, you could make it even more light weight. But it stuffs into its included stuff sac really well, making it easy to pack! And it's awesome that the stuff sac is attached to the hammock itself.- The carabiners are tough! Heavy duty and very securely attached to each end of the hammock. I was also very pleased to find two 6', heavy duty ropes with various "holes" to adjust your span across trees. I hadn't even reasearched what ropes were included, and two 6' ones seemed generous but very handy!- Easy install! We tested this out in our backyard and had it up in minutes!- Well made hammock! The parachute material seems very tough, but is very soft. The seams are triple-stitched. I'm an average-sized adult and was quite comfy. I could easily nap in it! I felt supported and cozy.- Con: Cocoon-like for a child (see pic). I found that as an adult, it didn't cocoon around me so much (at least not uncomfortably, but my 8 yr old was definitely cocooned inside. However, he liked it that way, so not sure if it's a con or just a comment! LOL- My understanding is that this is significantly less expensive than some other brand. I have no knowledge of that. However, for a fun camping or backyard hammock, I found this well-made, high-quality, and inexpensive!

I've had this hammock for a few years now, and it's just as sturdy and brightly colored as when I got it. It's great for hiking or biking trips, as I can just clip it onto a larger bag to hang. It's sturdy enough to hold not only myself, but another person and our dog (90lbs) and it hasn't shown any signs of strain from these weights.It's also weathered being left out in a couple storms handily as well. Truly the best camping hammock I could ask for (and the bag being large enough that I can fit the straps in WITH the hammock is a major bonus to me as well.)

This hammock has proved itself well worth the money! I have slept in it camping, and used it with 2 people countless times this past summer. I even allowed my dog in it once and the fabric still looks brand new! Extremely easy to set up and enjoy.

I love my bright orange Wise Owl hammock! Lightweight, sturdy, roomy, and so comfortable!! Unfortunately, none of the accessories (rain fly, ropes, bug net) are offered in “matching” colors! Why offer different blues, reds, and grays but but none of them match! And you best get Wise Owl ropes separately because the pair that comes with the hammock is lower quality (shorter/thinner). Still, better than other brands.

I'm a 6.2 ft and I weigh 231 pounds, I thought it wouldn't be able to use it but I was wrong. It's a great hammock, really strong and durable. I took it everywhere (mountain, beach, etc) and it was a good experience. It also dries very fast (if you're thinking in putting it into the dryer machine, it's possible but is faster outside). Also the straps are easy to use and they are the strongest of them all, no complications at all.

Title says it all. Tremendous value for everything you get. In warmer months I use a hammock weekly and this one is so comfortable and large (I’m 6’ 215#). I’ve accumulated 5 or 6 hammocks at the moment and this is my favorite

I purchased several hammoks like this over the years and will continue to do so. Durable, good color, great quality. Just can NOT let out in the elements. (sun bleaching happens easy over one summer)

Perfect back packer sized hammock for our minimalistic Truck Camper needs. The hangers are more than an ample length. Over sized double allows a single person to get comfy with a blanket or pull the sides over as an enclosure. 100%

This hammock is incredibly comfortable and very well made. Easy to set up and most definitely worth the money!

This hammock is everything I hoped it would be! Large enough for two, easy to set up, pretty small to pack and lightweight! Even easy to wash. I got one for my brother and myself and I would recommend them to anyone!

Tried this out in our garden and was happy with how easy and comfortable it was.Tried it out on vacation and happy to say we love our hammocks.Highly recommended.
