The XXL capacity is very good with these genuine Brother cartridges, but there is one thing I don't like...
Genuine article - yes it is Brother ink so it is what I would expect in quality; the same as came with the printer. Brother ink yield is probably better than most. The most annoying thing about these cartridges and the printers is that you are prevented from using all the ink! The machine will refuse to print once the level gets down to a certain point, but there is still enough ink to print for a week or more! You can bypass this restriction by taping (must be opaque tape such as painters' blue tape) over the little window on the cartridge which is what I did the last time. Life saver if you have to get some printing done and don't have a new cartridge on hand. HOwever, I did have clogging issue probably because the ink went too far down and the jets/nozzles went dry... had to run the cleaning routine several times to get the new cartridge printing right. Too bad Brother doesn't allow you to use more of the ink in the cartridge, but then they would sell less, wouldn't they?

Fine ink
Have used Brother cartridges with Innobella ink in three Brother printers. Never had a problem. I particularly like these XXL sizes. They seem to last forever. No problems with clogging, smudging, or leaking. The three cartridges in this LC205CL package have been consistent with prior experience. All good. The package contained one Yellow cartridge, one Cyan cartridge, and one Magenta cartridge. Thus, a 3-pack.A number of reviewers commented on packaging and shelf life so I decided to document this purchase carefully. The comment numbers match the order of photos.1. Arrived in standard retail package. Is that important? While it is what we generally expect, the retail packaging is excessive for an online order that will be shipped in a box. As long as the cartridge is clearly labeled and sealed in plastic it's probably okay. You know, save a tree and all that. IMO, anyway.2. "Use before" date shown on label stuck on packaging. This is 21 months in the future. Plenty of time.3. One reviewer commented on finding a "use before" label stuck on top of a different date. I scraped this label to check. Nothing underneath. No problem here.I'm using these color ink cartridges in a Brother Printer MFCJ5520DW Wireless All-in-one Inkjet Printer, Amazon Dash Replenishment Enabled .I am perfectly happy with these three ink cartridges. I hope you find this helpful. Brother Printer MFCJ5520DW Wireless All-in-one Inkjet Printer, Amazon Dash Replenishment Enabled

Bad cartages
Box containing cartages was very badly damaged. Cartage packages seemed to be ok. However after replacing the new cartages in my printer, / it says "not enough ink to print." I reinstalled them, but printer will not print. So need to return for a refund . Fifty five dollars for something that doesn't work, is more than my budget can afford. Please send return info.Thank you, Wilma Cox

Search produced wrong product
This review has nothing to the product itself. My problem is I searched for LC203 cartridges and this came up under that search. I ordered it thinking it would work and it doesn't. I spent over $50 for something I can't use. I attempted to install one of the cartridges and that is how I found out it won't work. So now I'm stuck with brand new cartridges I can't use. Be very careful. When you search for a product number, that product number is what you should get, not the wrong one!
