Be careful in measurements because the sleeve are well made. Mine seems ok
Just started wearing this knee sleeve but find it’s well constructed and stretches enough to fit and yet be comfortable. So far I have wore it @ 8 hours but want to see if it helps with knee pain. I walk 3.5 miles x 5 days. Not a runner but do some steep hills. So far greater

Great fit, support and construction!
Great fit. I'm petite, 5'3", and 102 lbs. Ordered the small even though my quads are developed. I was worried small might be too tight, but they're not! Perfect fit and great support! Well made too. I have no problem with the label tag showing, even with tighter jeans, as some have complained. The outer label doesn't show beneath my jeans and I'm picky.

Most comfortable for all day wear!
This is my second pair of Sparthos knee sleeves. I really liked my first pair and needed another pair to replace them. They are the most comfortable under pants and I wear them all day. They provide the stability and support I need to stay active all day.

GREAT Support and fit
I have only run in these once (dog agility) and the support was great as was the fit. They didn't sag or move and I wore them for over 8 hours. Best of all they weren't hot! Very breathable YAY!!!!!

Look at sizing chart
These felt great! I have a bad knee and these felt like they have a good amount of support. I however didn’t follow the sizing chart and the fat above my knee is not attractive!
