Supreme quality and size, have used it
The media could not be loaded. The product quality and durability and the size are more than expected and worth the price point, the though the knee mat was missing but the seller was humble and sent me the missing part. The disc can also be used for acupressure and is of foot shoe size 10 uk and can be used in both sides, perfect for everyone, I am 6'1" and 85 kg and the twister rotation is smooth and I have now been using it on daily basis and has zero complains, a must buy quality product, Thankyou fitness india healthcare :)
