Pinnakkle Transparent ID Card Badge Holder With Lanyard and Detachable Metal Clip

I ordered two of these as the generic badge holders provided by my employer are of subpar quality. I am not very kind to my lanyard and badge holders, so I was looking for something that was not made out of very thin plastic and would rip off of the lanyard itself.I found these. While they are a bit builky and heavy, I do not ever have to worry about the lanyard simply falling off. The benefits of their heft definitely outweigh the negatives. This is a hard plastic, that seems to be scratch and shatter resistant as I have dropped them from quite a height on multiple occasions.All in all I am very satisfied with this purchase at this price point.

I ordered two ID card Badge Holders for my friend and I. They looked quite sturdy, however, a few days ago, my friend's ID card badge holder broke?The part where the chain hooks onto the ID card holder completely broke(broke off) and now it is useless. It's weird because she didn't seem to drop it nor did she have it under anything heavy.Mines still okay, but I'm hoping it doesn't break either:(But other than than, it is a great ID holder and I've been able to put in my ID card as well as my train tickets:)

Absolutely loved it for the first month, then slowly realized it wasn't intended for transit use. I used it to hold my transit card for tagging bus and train scanners several times a day on my daily commute. As time went on, the badge holder quickly accumulated dust and scratches from daily wear. Eventually, the badge holder broke at the top where the metal hook connects to it.On the bright side, I have absolute faith that the badge holder would be great in an office, conference, or convention setting, because of the gorgeous transparent plastic and elegant design. However if you're looking for something heavy duty or durable, you may want to look elsewhere.

High quality iD holder is a bonus to a very basic lanyard. This is holding my sturdy security badge but I think this would be great to use at a conference if you have a more flimsy ID or a business card. I like the high quality clasp as well though it takes a few tries to manuerve attaching it to the ID holder. My security badge is substabtial so combined with the ID holder, it feels a little heavy around my neck. However, I can easily use the clasp to directly attach to the ID without the ID holder.

I ordered this badge holder because the one that was issued to me experienced a break in the slot where the lanyard hook attaches to it. After using the Pinnakkle holder for a few days now I can say with some confidence that it is going to be around for the long haul. This badge holder is sturdy and very glass-like in appearance. I've already had several people ask me where I got this thing. I have never had anyone notice my badge holder before, much less ask where I got it. This card holder can hold two cards easily, but doesn't have an RFID shield to prevent interference if you use it that way. The up side is that you can easily see both sides of the badge through a crystal clear holder. It top loads, so that the lanyard clip keeps the badge in the holder. Unclip the badge holder and the badge easily comes out for those times when security needs a closer look at your credentials. I rarely write reviews and buy tons from Amazon, but this product is deserving of some of my time for recognition of its quality construction and appearance.I expect I'll see many more of these popping up around the office soon.

I was really unhappy when I first tried using it. The front and back quickly started to separate. I ordered a couple other options after receiving this. After seeing the junk the others were I superglued the edges of this one and with that modification it turned in to a 4 almost 5 star item. I gave the 2 stars for how it was received but I would recommend compared to the rest and you can make your own 4 to 5 star holder from it very easily

I asked about the thickness of the card slot but did not get an answer - I went ahead and ordered it anyway. The reason why I asked is because I have an employee badge and a transit card so it would be extremely convenient to have a card holder that can accomdate both, a smartphone, keys, and wallet are already too much to carry let alone 2 badge holders. To my surprise this can hold BOTH of my cards and the included paper insert. YMMV.Now lets see how it holds up in time...

On the back of the badge is written reap. If you Google around you can find the same badge holder for $2. I bought two, one is doing okay and the other came apart needing super glue. I thought this was a premium badge holder that would last only to find its just some re-branded chinese junk. Acctrend Aluminum Badge Holder is better and cheaper!
