*****Update: 2 years later they are all still working great... They even withstood being left outside full of water in freezing temperatures, which bulged out the bottoms quite a bit... They resumed their original shape later...I wish the price would come down... I want more!$6 each for 8 or $4.50 each for 16 is a bit much (for me, not compared to other bottles.)*****They seem like sturdy bottles...They arrived quickly, considering i opted for free shipping...No smell to them, I thought there might be.No taste came off into the water I put in them.I didn't have any issue with pouring from them, as others commented...Could be a little cheaper, but compared to other BPA free containers, they're actually well priced.I am happy with my purchase.

I own 7 rental properties and to make my life more difficult I bought a foreclosure home. So.... painting is my middle name. I am sick and tired of losing $40 paint cans to the inevitable rust they are purposely designed to experience (the painting industry is right up there with ticketmaster with costing you money you should not have to spend). Costing people money to make an unreasonable profit has never sat well with me. I bought these jugs to save paint in for ALL of my properties. So far, so good.

We live in a RV and never drink water out of the faucett. We have purchased gallon jugs from Family Dollar that served a purpose but were fragile and broke frequently. We have not had these jugs very long but they seem sturdier. Would have given them 5 stars if their cost was lower.

Great jugs. I use them to put filtered water in. My only complaint is when I attempt to pour liquid from them, the initial pour when full pours down the side until I can get a quick flow of liquid.

I haven't used them yet but they appear to be what I need . I plan on using them to replace water jugs that are too thin to go the distance .

Felt the need to upgrade from my store bought milk and water containers to BPA free storage containers. These were very cost effective and seem to be pretty sturdy. Beats the heck out the old style containers I was using. Perfect for my filtered water storage. Received in great condition and promptly.

They really are very sturdy. I liked the wide mouth and handle plus they are I gallon, easy to lift. I am very pleased with my purchase.
