small size
Size range said 8 to 10 but its more like 8 to 9.5 (as a AU size 10 they barely fit me). If they were a little bit longer they would be really good as they are good quality but they are just too small.

Reflexology slippers which give the feet a workout when worn. As an ex-reflexologist myself I can feel my feet being exercised which in turn benefits my whole body.

No more Plantar Fasciitis
I have knots in my right foot called Plantar Fasciitis very painful to walk first thing in the morning, I started massaging and pressing on the knots with my thumbs, the knots would soften but it’s hard trying to do it with my thumbs, so I got those slippers, and I kid you not just wore them few times and all the knots milted away, they are painful to walk with, but it’s not like you have to ware them all day! Just few min around the house, I’m so glad I found them, now my Plantar Fasciitis are gone and no more pain, I can even feel the difference when I’m on my feet all day at work, my feet can handle more now.

Very helpful with foot problems but wear socks!
I’ve had constant foot problems despite wearing good shoes and inserts...heel problems, middle of the foot, everywhere. I’ve seen doctors and had xrays taken, no change. But I’ve been wearing these shoes for 15-30 minutes around the house (with socks!) for 2 weeks and now my feet feel great! No more constant pain. But listen to the advice to go slow at the start and (have I mentioned?) wear socks.
