Doing my part to help our planet survive!
I hate, hate, hate plastic anything! We all need to do what we can to rid the planet of toxic products. These bags are fantastic...use them in the fridge, freezer or lunch bag. Plenty durable!

Works just like the original
We are trying to reduce the amount of plastic we use, and these biodegradable bags looked like a good alternative to the originals. So far, we have found them to be good for storing leftovers in the fridge. Although these are labeled "biodegradable" they are not intended for your backyard compost heap. They are intended for large commercial composters such as we have in San Francisco.

An acceptable alternative to plastic zip top bags
I've had a hard time finding an acceptable alternative to plastic zip top bags, especially for travel. Just returned from a trip using both types of bag & they worked fine. They are not as sturdy as a "freezer bag" but work great for most things. So glad to have found this as I have not been a fan of the silicone versions out there.

Environmentally friendly food storage bags
We really like these bags. They work as well as traditional plastic, while providing the ability to compost when done using. If everyone composted and recycled, we would make the world a better place environmentally.
