Poor quality
The adapter that allows you to attach your camera broke. I couldn't use it on my trip to the Grand Cayman Islands for snorkeling.

Watertight and easy to use
Works great. Floats, easy to see in water. Very waterproof yet still able to use all of the features of the camera. Very clear picture under and out of water.

Not for deep diving. Great otherwise.
I got one of these for SCUBA diving. I really love the ergonomics and the wrist strap. I added a bolt-snap to the bottom and it still floats. The only disappointing thing is that it does not do well past ~30 ft. As you go deeper, it starts to deform. Finally, at 100 ft it's flatter than a pancake and very awkward to hold.

Fun Water Sports Accessory for GoPro Fans
If you’re a fan of GoPro video capture you’ll appreciate that the first thing that popped into my head was “ooh, this could be used while kayaking!” And that’s exactly how it’s going to be used. The handle is wide, with a sturdy non-slip grip and an adjustable safety strap that helps prevent it from being dropped. And even if you do drop it, the handle floats so your GoPro does too. The bright orange makes it easily visible in the water or in the bottom of your boat. Yes, a floating camera handle is a bit single purpose, but if you’re a water sports fan and you also like filming your adventures, then it makes perfect sense. A fun little toy for GoPro fans at a reasonable price.

Not only does it float, but it’s a great tool if you have arthritis or a similar condition.
As I age, more parts no longer work the way they once did. That includes my fingers. This grip is intended for use “in, on or around the water”. They specifically state the product is “[n]ot suitable for scuba diving”. If I may, I’ll say that the grip is beautifully designed. The body is about 2 inches in width and about 1.5 inches thick. It fills the palm and is extremely easy and comfortable to grip. Rather than circular, the sides of the grip are flattened. This makes a tremendous difference in how you hold it. With the hand strap, you can easily tell which way the camera is pointing without looking at it. The grip surface is grooved and has a kind of tacky feel to it. The grip does float, but Xsories suggests you test your setup before heading for the water. In other words, the unit is designed to float, but not guaranteed to float. With a payload of up to 35 ounces, I’d make certain the unit will indeed float before putting your equipment at risk. I did test the grip with GoPro mounted in a nearby pool and it didn’t sink during the 15 or minutes I let it do its own thing. Personally if I were surfing or something like that I’d tether the grip to my wrist.(An extra washer and a short tether anchor loop are included.) The ¼-20 screw on the top allows you to mount the adapter of your choice. Personally, I like this grip for its grooves, flattened sides and large size. It’ a natural for hands that may be afflicted with arthritis and other such conditions. Overall, a well-designed product with uses and appeal that may not have been considered by the manufacturer.Jerry

Good, solid, well-made and well-functioning GoPro accessory
This GoPro pole is a very solid well-functioning device. It floats - pole facing upwards and camera facing down - so you can easily spot the bright orange and white handle. It feels sturdy made from heavy plastics and rubber. Two issues - 1: the handle does not telescope. 2: this does not come with the adapter needed to screw your gopro onto the handle itself. I needed to go back to Amazon and purchase the adapter. Now, with both of these items, there was no deception or confusion on the product side...only my own. I think the lack of an adapter should be more clearly stated in the marketing materials and/or offered with the handle.
