Update 6/11/16: We have used a total of 10, 5 Oz and a 11 Oz bottle in the past year (some kept at grandma's and some at our house). Our baby just turned 12 months old and we are going to use the sippy spout next. We have two colored bottles, one pink and one purple. There are no paint chipping problems in the past year. We are very pleased with these bottles. We did change to MAMs nipples.Update 9/7/15: bought one pink color 5 oz bottle. Pleased to find that there are no paint chipping issues. The bottle has not been dropped on any hard surface yet, I will update the review if I find any future paint chip issues.Update: 8/27: Have bought 8 of the 5 oz bottles in total and am very pleased so far with durability and ease of heating in Avent bottle warmer. Have changed to MAMs nipples Medium flow as baby prefers these over the stock low flow Pura nipples.Bought a 5 oz and 11 oz in bare metal due to the continuing reviews with paint chipping. Have since purchased two 5 oz. in bare metal. Bottle heats up in under a minute using a Avent bottle warmer, can also heat by running hot water over bottle while swirling it. This time saved is priceless when you have a bawling hungry baby during the wee hours of the night.Unfortunate to learn about the reported chipping as the colors are a cool feature. Wish there was a response from Pura Kiki on whether this issue is fixed. "Sticking" with no paint model for now.

Easy to wash, durable, have a great hand feel
The Pura Kiki stainless bottles are a great option to plastic. The bottles are easy to wash, are durable, and have a great hand feel. We have used these bottles, along with glass bottles, since we brought our now 3-month old home. The vent design is simple but works well. My little boy doesn't swallow a lot of air when using these bottles and seems to like the larger nipple. These travel well with the separately sold sealing disk, which should be included with the bottle. As for heating the bottles, we use hot water, the Dr. Brown's bottle warmer, or warm the formula separately before pouring it in the bottle. There is a learning curve with these bottles because you can't see the milk level and have to learn how to guess-timate how much milk is left in the bottle. There is usually more milk left than you think. I have never used the sleeve with these because I don't think they get uncomfortably hot, although I know that is an issue for some people. The option to separately purchase a sippy spout will give the bottle another life as a sippy cup. Overall, I highly recommend these as an option to plastic.

Great bottles...awful service from amazon!
These are great bottles. I use the 11 oz. bottles with my older son and he loves them. He seems to always want this one as opposed to any other bottle/sippy cup. They don't retain odor from any beverages and they are super easy to clean. It is annoying that they get dents in them when dropped, but it is to be expected with metal bottles. That being said, I ordered these bottles about a month ago. They have yet to arrive. When I checked the pura kiki website, they are on back order! Annoyed that amazon let the order go through even though they seem to be unavailable. This happened another time with Amazon with a set of crib sheets. I cancelled that order, waiting to see what happens with this order. It is just such an inconvenience!

Great product!
Love this product so far! My 8 month old uses it with the XL Sippy nozzle. This size is easy for her to pick up and hole. The larger option would give her trouble. Giving 3 stars far durability because she throws it down, moderately often, and it is already dented so badly on the bottom that it will not sit level. I do love how easy it is to clean, just pop the nipple or silicone portion out and wash it down, finished. Ordered a second to keep as a back up.

Disappointment
These bottles wound up being more hassle then they were worth. I asked for these because metal lacked a lot of the harmful chemicals that came in other plastic bottles. However when I got them and started reading the care instructions things became difficult. You can't steam them in the microwave to sterilize because of course they are metal. So the instructions say to boil them in a pot but that they shouldn't hit the sides of the pot. This might just be me, but all my pots have a ceramic coating that you aren't supposed to put metal in or against so there went that option for sterilizing. Additionally you can't see how much is left in the bottle during feeding without opening it up, so that makes it hard to know when to stop and burp the baby. Love the idea of these bottles but they just aren't practical.
