SABA 3 Solid Door Reach in Freezer

We purchased this freezer less than a year ago. We had issues with it and it had to be serviced within a week of it being delivered because it wouldn’t cool. Over the past year, we have had numerous issues with it cooling. Our freezer is located in a temperature controlled area. We have called Saba each time we had an issue and they walked us through some trouble shooting practices. It has been less than a month since its last issue so we called AGAIN! We requested service and they proceeded to tell us that it is not covered by warranty since we are not a commercial food industry - wish that would have been told to us that when we purchased it.
