High. Fully assembled: 11 ft. 6 in. Deep x 19 ft. 3 in. Wide x 7 ft. 11 in. High. Variable height shed style roof is minimum 7 ft. 8In. To maximum 7 ft. 11 in. Peak roof height is adjustable in 1-inch increments. The support bar, at the halfway point, on the inside of the screen panels provides panel stability. The 3-ply vinyl roof which resists mildew has grommets inserted into each roof section to help avoid water accumulation. Heavy-Duty galvanized cold rolled steel frame with baked-on architectural finish resists fading and oxidation. Remove the roof in the off-season as this screen room is not designed to support a snow load. Roof is detachable for easy maintenance, storm removal and winter storage. Rain gutters are required on the house above this screen room to prevent damage from excessive water accumulation. If severe winds or storms are forecasted, removal of the roof is recommended. Assembly required. Instruction manual allows for an easy two person installation.

Works perfect, may not be easy to reinstall every year.
this turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I used a 4"x4" frame at the house for a more sturdy mount that wouldn't damage the siding. Installation with 3 people took about 6 hours. That doesn't include disassembling and re-sizing a panel for access to a door on the side. It fits tightly over the frame, the doors work well. In October we will see just how versatile it is when it Isi time to take it down for the winter. But right now it is perfect.

Not as easy as older versions
this is our second screen house. We had to predrill many parts of the installation and the previous one had already been predrilled. It was a real painful experience. In the end we got it done but would have been a lot easier with pre drilled holes for the multitude of screws. Directions can be less than helpful. Have not been able to find a similar product so the choices are limited

Leaks
Had to waterproof all seams again. After 4 rain storms, they leaked. Now, it's great.

This screen kit is great! Perfect fit for my deck. Took a couple of days to install and i would recommend using wd40 when installing the canopy. This will make it easier to slide through the grooves.
