I am on my 3rd bottle, cannot say I have noticed a difference. I have done much better with my nails just taking larger doses of biotin. No difference in hair, probably less than a year ago I had more. I will continue to take another bottle or so but unless it improves,I will no longer buy it.

Second bottle, undecided. Not sure if it's the real deal or not haven't noticed anything yet. Probably don't buy again. My hair nails and skin seemed to look better and grow faster before using, now that I'm on my second bottle my nails have been breaking more and im losing more hair than previously

I switched to these after taking Vitafusion Hair and Nail Vitamins and almost immediately my nails all broke and chipped and my hair became brittle and dry. I would not recommend these vitamins as there are far better ones out there on the market.

Great product my hair has grown quite a bit and my nails are stronger and have grown out before they break off.I've been taking this for few months now, my nails are much stronger then they used to be, I never had to cut my nails because they would flake and trar off, now i actually have to cut them and my hair feels healthy and just keeps growing.

I didn't care for these capsules. The powder came out of quite a few of them. Didn't notice any difference.I'm using organic castor oil and have noticed an immediate result.

The bomb!! Love these, they really do work. Within a few days a saw a big difference in the way my skin looked. My hair feels so good and soft. This is just my first bottle, and I love them honey. I recommend these to anybody!
