Resistance Bands

If you want more stability and want to find your "wrap" while doing floor pilates, this will help. It can also help with "roll up" and "neck pull" if you get stuck and need to build the core to get to a point where you can do it on your own, this will also help with that. It does add a little bit of challenge but not a lot. It WILL help you find more muscle groups to isolate and work well. We are considering buying a lot of them to use in some of our floor pilates classes. There is a "stronger" band if you are looking to add more muscle or resistance... We bought the lightest band.

It could be a bit harder to pull than it is, but I like it's diversity in ways to utilize it from up/down to pulling sideways to behind my back, etc.

I was uncertain about this system, but I wanted something to keep up with my Pilates while on vacation. This was perfect and I could imitate some of the reformer excercises that help strech my hamstrings and calves after some intense walking (8+ miles per day). It also worked my arms and engage my core. Very pleased with this purchase!

Bought this for my wife, she saw it when opening the package, used it once and I haven't seen it since. If you do a lot of floor exercises this is a useful tool for trying more difficult body movements especially lying on your back. Since I utilize pulley ropes, inversion, vibration, yoga/stretching, rowing, etc., it is not an item I would regularly use.

I bought this to help me replicate reformer pilates moves. Typical bands don't do the trick. I wouldn't say this is perfect but definitely able to do some of the leg work to build muscle in my legs without the pressure on knees/ankles that squats and lunges do. It takes some time finding what works and what doesn't but I started basic reformer moves and built from there. Also great for stretching with slight resistance.

I wish this came with a list of exercises that you can use it with. I felt it wasn’t terribly well made.

Great product. Easy to use. Tones all muscle groups and fantastic for your core.

Great for early morning exercises

I injured my shoulders and did some physiotherapy, while being at home doing my exercises with this works and really helps. The elastic is sturdy.

This product is well made and is fit for purpose. It didn't however leave me feeling it was good value for money.
