I actually bought these as I was trying out the whole idea of avocado oil in products such as this. It was only when I read the bottle that I realised they are actually made with olive oil.That's not to say they're nasty or anything, just that I need to pay more attention to what I'm buying. I've just had the Ranch dressing on my salad I was having with a steak and it tastes great. I will definitely be buying gain.They're a real help with my low carb diet and finding an increasing amount of products that help with that diet is great. True they are a little more expensive than similar products you can buy elsewhere but as a dressing that will go a long way from a small bottle so I don't see it as a problem.

Absolutely love this salad dressing! Our family doesn’t eat seed oils any more because of them being so bad for you. Thank goodness to Hunter & Gather for making this salad dressing! As there aren’t many available without seed oils. Great ingredients & flavour. Repeat order.

Overall I think the taste is really great (almost addictive) and I use it on steak, omelet etc. It should be healthier than a seed oil dressing, however it should be noted this does not use extra virgin olive oil and as far as I know, this is the type with all the polyphenols and other nutrients which makes the oil healthy (in addition to not being a seed oil). If the oil is processed, I think the health claims might be a bit overstated.Here is the answer I got directly from the company when asked about the kind of oil they use:" We don't use Extra Virgin Oil in either of our Avocado or Olive Oil Mayo's due to the Extra Virgin Oil's strong overpowering flavour and it also contains sediment, which can cause the mayonnaise to split - we do not however use any chemically extracted oil".

I applaud them for making a Ranch dressing that doesn’t use seed oils.I get that paleo = no dairy, but it’s missing a cooling creaminess to underlay the strong ranch herbs.It also shouldn’t be more than £3.99 a bottle. It’s super basic olive oil - not even cold pressed (though I believe it’s extracted by mechanical means, no chemicals).Due to how thick it gets in the fridge, I prefer it for dipping rather than using on my salad.

Bought as going to start keto diet and these products were recommended to me. The product turned up full of very ugly-looking lumps (see picture). I have not opened the product, and even if shaken, lumps remain. Looks extremely off-putting. Also buyers be aware (as I just found out) Amazon will not refund these products you have to contact the company directly. I am not sure if that is even allowed but will take the battle up next. I have been Hunter and Gather via email for 2 days now, sending photos etc over to them. No idea when or if I am getting a refund or if/how how to return the product and at whose cost, last email says they have up to 48 hours to respond. Would not recommend.

Unglaublich lecker und natürlich. Da ich mich Keto ernähre, passt das Dressing sehr gut und nutze ich zum Mittag und Abendessen auf meinem Salat. Jeder der hier schriebt, dass das Dressing nicht schmeckt, hat seine Geschmacksnerven mit E-Stoffen und Zucker versaut und hat keine Ahnung mehr von natürlichen Lebensmitteln. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Habe mal einige der Produkte getestet und bin super zufrieden. Vor gebrauch natürlich kräftig schütteln!
