Hi, generally speaking there would be no warranty from Ego.

How can i ensure ego products purchased on amazon are covered by ego’s warranty?

According to the FTC, if they have a written warranty its illegal for them not to cover it if it's not through an "authorized dealer". It falls into the "tying" part of the act.
