Well in the inbuilt package I had a thinner one which cut the salad paper thin. This blade has helped to have salad maintain the consistency. Really a life saver while cooking Pulao or biryani. Onions no longer give me tears.

I wanted to cut beans with this blade, but it was cutting them in Julians. It would be good to have a 5mm blade suitable to cut beans straight
