The product description is wrong. The one shown in the photograph, "MC SHRUS-X5", is a NLGI-2/3 NOT NLGI-1 grease.! This one is BLACK in color. It is too thick for tripod joints which require NLGI-1.If you want the grease made for tripod-CV-joints you need "MC-SHRUS-T" and is yellow in color. THIS ONE has the thinner NLGI-1 consistency.
