This product has a real foul fish odor, I washed twice with vinegar/baking soda and laundry detergent, the smell is not as strong as before but the fish smell is still lingering. Also, I would order a size up for a more comfortable fit for working out.

I’m 5’7 and weigh 155lbs my normal size is a size Medium but I purchased this sweat jacket long sleeve in a size Large. I love the pockets zip so your phone or other items don’t fall out. Definitely size up because if you raise your arms the bottom will come up and release some of your body heat , to help maybe wear an undershirt. My biggest complaint was the smell when I received this item. It smelled like fish it was horrible I aired it out which made it smell less but your going to need to hand wash this item twice pockets and everything. That’s the only reason I can’t give 5 stars.

It ran a bit small. I’m a large and it was short on the waist and sleeves. It did give a nice sweat though.

This was the best addition to my fitness routine. I love wearing this jacket in the sauna. I *do* run some heating gel on my belly before I put the jacket on to increase the amount of toxins I release. It’s a 10/10
