We use this for water bowls in Kitten cages as we capture and tame feral kittens. The threads on the plastic Screw don't mate easily with the part that screws on. I am afraid to tighten it too much as it might strip the threads. the base flexes when you press down on it but the metal insert helps give it stability. It does not work well with horizontal bars. We had one of the Grey sturdy plastic ones break due to a feral kitten climbing on it to try to get out of the cage. We will see how these hold up. The part I like is that it is easy to clean out compared to others because you just take the insert out and rinse and return.

These dishes are ok but the way they mount is not great. I have an 8 lbs dog and he still manages to knock the dishes over! I finally put them on either side of the wire crate so the food would stay out of the water dish!

Have a large cat cage for the cats to sleep in. I feed my youngest cat in the cage so that he gets a chance to eat. These bowls fit perfectly on the cage walls and they are dishwasher safe!!!

Does not lock good on cage , my rabbit can tilt & spill.. My rabbit chews on it dangerous for him

I purchased this product for my cat's kennel and am very pleased. The metal bowls are easy to remove for cleaning. Both the bowls and their attachments are well made and work great.
