I wear X-Large hats and this fits with a little room to be very comfortable while I sleep. The Ferriday material inside is soft and well sown, but his is no Ferriday bag, hopefully it drops the signal enough to help.. My new sleeping hat is to reduce the headaches I wake with. Update: used meter and works as advertised !!!!

I got this for my wife as a present. She wears it to bed and has been saying that she is sleeping much better. We even tested the cap with our EMF detector and it worked as described. Well made and comfortable!

I bought this item to protect me from emf radiation while using my cellphone. It does seem to help and the headaches I use to have prior to wearing the cap or when I forget to wear the cap are non-existent when I wear the cap. The only thing that I could suggest as an upgrade is if they make it fit a little more snug, but it is not sloppy big and very comfortable. Overall it is a good buy and I am satisfied.
